Refund and Return Policy


For Non-U.S. orders, please allow between 10-20 days for your order to arrive.

For U.S. orders, please allow between 2-7 days for your order to arrive.

Due to COVID-19, the shipping might be delayed by 1-3 weeks.

 

SECTION 1 - REFUNDS

Full Refund only applicable if : 
1. You received damaged item 
2. You do not receive your order in 60 days

Once your photo of evidence is approved (if needed), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.

 

SECTION 2 - ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact support@smilesandjoysglow.com to request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been shipped out and can no longer be modified or refunded.

Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations 24 hours after your order was placed.

 

SECTION 3 - RETURN

Item damaged? We do not accept returns. Instead, we will deliver a replacement to you for free or we will fully refund you.

SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES

We only exchange your item if they are damaged (photos of evidence needed). Other than the cases stated above, we do not provide item exchange.

 

SECTION 5 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
